Heart & Soul Group - Resources

Here are a selection of resources that may be of use if you are interested in Heart and Soul. These include books, articles, websites, tools, presentations, videos.

Note that resources relevant to projects can be found in the appropriate project page.

Books

Every book about personal awakening, healing or transformation could potentially be included in the Heart and Soul booklist.. those below generally address explicitly the cocnnections between psychological, political or social thinking and our relation to the environment. Also included are those that make the link between personal empowerment and transformation processes and a wider collective awakening. And resources about indigenous culture and connection with nature.
